Project Brief
Hayley wanted to add life to her stereotypical new build garden, and transform it into a modern, luxurious space that offered her options to relax, work and entertain, while also providing a low-maintenance space for her dog to enjoy too.
After speaking to several companies, she knew we were the right fit for her to make that happen.
Approach & Solution
We used our design process to model the new space, and we made several iterations to get the perfect balance for the different zones and to ensure that all the clean lines worked.

The lawn required land drainage due to deep clay beneath the lawn that was holding water, much more than we generally expect.
Once that was resolved, we then began the installation of a multi-zoned porcelain paving for seating areas and to house the new garden room, which Hayley now uses as an office space.
Impact
What was a bland, new-build garden is now a modern and luxurious space, providing Hayley with the opportunity to work in a beautiful space and create memories with family, friends and her dog.
Hayley's thoughts afterwards
I wanted to add life to the new build garden, and turn it into a low maintenance, high spec, uniquely designed space for socialising and space for the dog to enjoy.
